Service Description
Farm Camp provides a rich, outdoor experience in which budding nature lovers connect with the natural world in a safe, nurturing environment through hands-on animal care, imaginative play, nature hikes, art, gardening, cooking, yoga, and more. To ensure safety and foster community, our group is intentionally small. Camp groups are led by are professional teachers who have undergone background clearances. Our Little Farmers group is for students entering Kindergarten and younger and maintains a 6:1 camper-to-staff ratio.

Cancellation Policy
To secure your spot, a 50% deposit is required upon booking. The remaining 50% is due on or before April 1, 2025. Registrations that occur after April 1 must be paid in full. A cancellation on or before April 15, 2025 will be charged a $45 cancellation fee, and the patron will receive a refund (minus the aforementioned cancellation fee). Cancellations made after April 15, 2025 will not be refunded. Patrons who wish to transfer registration from one week to another will be charged a $25 administrative fee. Apple Hart Farm reserves the right to cancel a program that does not reach a minimum number of registrants, and patrons will receive a full refund or can transfer to another week of camp without paying the administrative fee.
