Little Farmers' Play School
WIth the farm as its muse, Little Farmer’s Outdoor Play School cultivates community, confidence, curiosity, and connection with the natural world. Alongside experienced teachers, our small group of children ages 2 to 4 discover a love of learning and appreciation for the wonders of nature through child-led play and farm experiences. Grounded in evidence-based approaches, we nurture each child’s development through how we know children learn best - when supported by trusted adults and peers, through self-direction and choice-making, and when their curiosity drives their learning.
Program Details

Who: Children ages 2 to 4 years old. Toilet proficiency is not required. This fall, we will have one class with a maximum class size of 8 children with 2 adults. Teachers include Farmer Ashley, an experienced certified teacher, and a second experienced teacher.

Where: Most of our time together will be enjoyed in our two outdoor classrooms (the PlayPen and Forest Classroom), our garden, animal areas, and, when necessary, in our climate-controlled areas in our barn.

When: 9AM to 12PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays from September 3 through June 12 (no class Oct. 3, Nov. 28, Dec. 24-Jan 1)

Cost: $3903 for school year or $450 per month
